Fit also varies depending on body shape and personal preference. We cannot guarantee that an item will fit exactly based on the measurements provided.

We strongly encourage comparing the listed measurements to a similar garment you already own before purchasing.

Because of this, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or combined once they have been placed.

Shipping Policy

Unless otherwise noted, all items listed on our website are in stock and ready to ship.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Most packages arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment, although delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

We currently ship using USPS and UPS.

Once your shipping label has been created, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier’s system.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address during checkout.

If you discover an error, please contact us immediately.

While we will make every reasonable effort to update your shipping address before your order ships, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered processing.

If a package is returned because an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided, the customer will be responsible for all additional shipping charges required to resend the package.

Shipping Carrier Responsibility

Once your package has been accepted by USPS, UPS, or another shipping carrier, delivery is outside the control of Blessed To Bless Boutique.

We are not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, natural disasters, labor disruptions, or other events beyond our control.

If your package is delayed or appears to be lost, we will gladly assist you by providing shipment information and helping you work with the shipping carrier when appropriate.

Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier are the responsibility of the customer to report to the shipping carrier. We recommend contacting the carrier immediately if you believe your package has been lost or stolen.

Preorders

Some of our items are offered as preorders.

Preorder items are clearly identified within the product description.

By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Preorder items are ordered specifically for you after your purchase is placed.

• Preorders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

• All preorder items are Final Sale unless they arrive with a verified manufacturer defect.

• ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) refers to the estimated arrival of the item to Blessed To Bless Boutique, not the delivery date to the customer.

• Estimated arrival dates are provided by our manufacturers and are subject to change without notice.

Vendor production delays, customs delays, shipping delays, and manufacturer changes are outside of our control.

If a preorder is delayed, we will notify customers as soon as updated information is provided to us.

If a manufacturer cancels a preorder item that cannot be fulfilled, the customer will receive store credit in accordance with our policy.

If your order contains both in-stock items and preorder items, your entire order will ship together once the preorder arrives.

If you would like your in-stock merchandise shipped immediately, please place separate orders.

Exclusive & Custom Items

Exclusive, custom, and made-to-order items are created specifically for each customer.

These items are Final Sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.

FINAL SALE POLICY

At Blessed To Bless Boutique, all sales are final.

Because we carry limited quantities, exclusive styles, preorder items, and boutique collections, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to sizing, fit, color preference, change of mind, ordering the incorrect size, or failure to read the product description.

Please carefully review all product descriptions, measurements, fabric details, care instructions, and photos before placing your order. If you have any questions before purchasing, we are happy to assist you.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product information and agree to these policies.

Exceptions

Exceptions will only be considered if:

You received the wrong item.
You received the wrong size due to our error.
Your item has a verified manufacturer defect.

Claims must be submitted by email to blessedtoblessboutique@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and must include clear photographs of the issue.

All claims must be approved by Blessed To Bless Boutique before any item is returned.

Approved items must be returned within 7 calendar days of approval.

Returned merchandise must be:

Unworn
Unwashed
Unaltered
Free of perfume, smoke, pet hair, or other odors
In original condition
With all original tags attached

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the customer at customers cost.

If your claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:
