Sizing Information

 

Sizes vary, please CHECK MEASUREMENTS on each item before ordering.

All our products are measured for your shopping convenience.

All sizes are approximate and we do not guarantee an item to fit exactly based on our measurements, as an item will fit differently from person to person

To help avoid returns, please read and utilize these measurements because they do vary.

Manufacturers use their own sizing guide and size their garments according to their own charts. We buy from over 30 different manufacturers. All of our items are brand new and selected with care to quality!

*****Shipping Details
All items on our webpage are available for immediate shipping unless otherwise stated. Shipping can take from 3 business days up to 14 business days, depending on your shipping zone. In most cases your package should arrive within 2-5 days from shipped day.We always try to ship items ordered Monday through Friday as soon as possible! If you order on the weekend your order will ship on Monday. All of our orders are shipped via USPS or UPS mail. 

We do not ship on Holidays or on Sunday.

Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer so the customer must provide a correct shipping address when placing the order. Blessed to Bless is not responsible for items due to an incorrect address. If the item is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for additional shipping costs. 

Customer will receive an email update with tracking as soon as the item has been shipped.The tracking information will be updated periodically and can take up to two days for the system to update any current information. 

Please understand that Blessed to Bless is not responsible for any shipping errors made by the postal service for any lost or stolen orders during transit.Once your order leaves our facility and is in the hands of the shipping carrier we are no longer responsible for it and it is out of our control.  We cannot refund or replace items that do not make it to you.

*****Pre-Order Shipping:

We do not offer many pre-orders but if the item is a pre-order it will be stated as such.  Please note the date of pre-orders is approximate and may change at any time. If you purchase an in-stock item along with a pre-order item, your in stock item will ship with the pre-order item when it becomes available. If you wish to have them shipped separately, please make two separate orders.

Preorders. with 2/3 weeks ETA

Preordered items are ordered for you once you place your order.Once placed they cannot be cancelled. Please read all information pertaining to size. We will only approve your return if the item is defective ( we do check each item for defects) before we ship to you. If your return is approved we will issue a store credit.Preorders cannot be returned if they do not fit or if you did not read the description. Please read all of the information. At times a preorder can be delayed if this happens we will contact you via email. 

*****Returns (ALL RETURNS will be processed via Store Credit only)

You have 7 days to exchange an item from the date delivered for a store credit, minus any shipping charges originally paid.

Shipping charges and processing fees will not be refunded. Sezzle takes a fee from each transaction as does Shop Pay. Usually a minimum order of $50 is required to use any of our pay in 4 but we do not have a minimum. We do not get refunded once a transaction is made. All returns or store credits will be issued minus shipping and any transaction fees.

Blessed to Bless Boutique is not obligated to authorize a return for claims AFTER indicated dates or if notice of return was not received and approved via email first.

To be eligible for a store credit, your item MUST be unused, not scented, unaltered, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, including attached tags (if any).

+++ When you place an order and change your mind we will issue you a store credit. 

Please note the Preorders cannot be canceled once placed. Preorders cannot be returned or exchanged they are ordered just for you. 

We accept returns for store credit only and upon receiving your items we will issue you a store credit to your email. Please allow 3-5 business days to process it.

Any DECLINED RETURN sent back will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

The return addr is not the same as where we ship from. Please always email us for any returns!!

Damages

We strive to make sure the item you receive is free from any defect or damage (We inspect all items closely), claims must be made over email with an included picture of the defect. The return must be approved prior to shipping the item back, and the item, once approved, must be returned within 7 calendar days of when you received the item in order to receive your store credit. 

Customers are responsible for all shipping cost associated with any type of return. We do not provide free return labels.

Only damaged goods will receive a return label once approved and within the policy period. Otherwise, you are responsible for shipping costs, which are non-refundable, should you return any item. Your items will need to have the invoice (packing slip) included with return. Please email a picture of damaged item as promptly as possible after item received preferably within 48 hours.

Additional non-returnable items:

Clearance and Sale items are FINAL SALE. No refunds or exchanges. If your tag says Final Sale your item is also non-exchangeable or returnable.

  • Items that are holiday themed ( Christmas, Valentines, Easter, 4th of July, etc.) 
  • Items discounted in our 20%, 25%, 30%, 40%, 50% or more sales. 

  • Items purchased in flash, group sales or any conference. 
  • Preorders are not returnable unless defective 
  •  Brooches
  • Shoe Clips
  • Items purchased in a BOGO Sale
  • Items purchased during an event, popup or party
  • Hair accessories
  • Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards and no exchanges for sale items. All sale items are final sale. Orders placed with a discount code of 20% or greater are FINAL SALE.

 

********All store credit expires one year from issue date. Any returned item we approve will receive a store credit minus any shipping fees, shop pay fee or sezzle fees if you used those services.

We cannot guarantee stock for a returned item and we do not hold items. Please make sure to read all descriptions and size chart information.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at blessedtoblessboutique@gmail.com. 

if your exchange is approved we must receive your item no later than 14 days from the date of purchase. You will be responsible for shipping to us and we will charge you shipping to send your exchange back to you.

We cannot guarantee stock for a returned item and we do not hold items.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a store credit to the gift giver instead of you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive store credit or refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. 
**Any exchanges of same item you will need to pay your shipping for us to send you the new item. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We are NOT responsible for USPS, UPS, or any other carriers' lost packages should they not arrive.
